Zdecydowanie polecam! Bardzo dobry kontakt, auto w bardzo dobrym stanie. Miła miła reakcja na późniejszy odbiór auta z uwagi na opóźniony przylot - sami zaproponowali dostarczenie pojazdu pod hotel, bez dodatkowych opłat. Jedna z nielicznych wypożyczalni, która nie naciąga na dodatkowe ubezpieczenia, przy wykupieniu pełnego pakietu ubezpieczeń brak depozytu. Z pewnością skorzystam podczas ponownej wizyty na Sao Miguel.

انا اخذت سيارة نظيفة وممتاز جداً من عندهم بدون وديعه ويستقبلونك في المطار ويتم توصيلك للمطار مجاناً تعاملهم فوق الممتاز واسعارهم مناسبة جدا تكفي الرخصة السعودية كل شي كان سهل.

Sehr unkompliziert, pünktliche Abholung vom Flughafen, saubere Autos. Beim ersten Auto hat nach drei Tagen die Motorkontrollleuchte aufgeleuchtet, wir haben sofort und ohne Probleme ein neues Auto bekommen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Olá. Minha esposa e eu estivemos de férias na ilha de São Miguel, Açores, durante a última semana de outubro/2025, e nessecitamos de um veículo para maior comodidade.Encontrei esta empresa com boa relação, quanto ao preço das viaturas e ao contacta-los prontamente fomos auxiliados pelo colaborador ANDRÉ, que do início ao fim nos deu total assistência.Excelente profissional! Ágil com as burocracias, atencioso, simpático e bastante solícito.Muitíssimo satisfeito com os serviços prestados, e grato ao André pela empatia.

Everything was great from the car to the service. Was there for a week and it was a excellent value for the money. The shuttle to and from the airport is great as well. Would recommend.

Todo genial desde el primer momento. Muy comunicativos y disponibles para cualquier duda o incidencia. Fueron muy puntuales para nuestra dejada del coche (a las 4;30 de la madrugada) y para llevarnos al aeropuerto. El coche estaba nuevo y limpio. Muy recomendables!

For us and our experience on the island. THE BEST CAR RENTAL COMPANY!After many days (weeks) looking for options, reading reviews, watching videos, etc. we choose ARRUDA RENT A CAR. From the beginning they were very friendly and helpful. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the rental house. All its workers speak several languages. They explain everything super well and in an easy and understandable way.The car was very clean and presentable. It was comfortable and with everything necessary technologically speaking to connect gps and route helpers. And if you are responsible and respect the rules and requirements of the rates you choose, everything will be perfect! On the day we returned, we left the vehicle at his house and were taken to the airport with a friendly farewell. 100% recommendation.

Todo genial. Alquilamos el coche con el seguro Riesgo Zero. No cubre llantas ni neumáticos. Sin embargo, nos dejaron añadir este seguro extra posteriormente. Nos fueron a recoger y a llevar al aeropuerto. Repetiría sin duda!

Estive na ilha há 5 dias, o serviço foi excelente, correu tudo como planeado, foram buscar e levar ao aeroporto, o carro era novo e muito bom. Funcionários bastantes atenciosos. Recomendo este serviço.
